Preserving Our Inheritance – Investing in Our Future
St. Joseph Parish Capital Campaign

Ambitious Capital Campaign A Success!

June 30, 2008 marked the official end of our three-year Parish Capital Campaign "Preserving Our Inheritance - Investing In Our Future."  Thanks to the generosity of many St. Joseph Parishioners whose sacrifices reflect their strong commitment to our parish and its future, the capital campaign proceeds have exceeded $660,000.  Our parish has successfully met the first four goals of the campaign with these funds:

1.  To sustains our support of the Diocesan Lenten Appeal.

2.  To retire the $135,000 parish debt.

3.  To pave all parish driveways and parking lots.

4.  To install a new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System in the church.

Even though the official campaign is over, some families are still making their pledge payments that will finish paying for our new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System in the church.  We thank them for their willingness to fulfill their pledge commitment.

This campaign has been a true blessing to our parish.
A sincere word of thanks is extended to the 426 parish families who were willing
to support it in addition to their Sunday offering.  May God bless them and all
those who in so many ways support the mission of our parish.

Looking Ahead...

Even though we have passed the official end mark of our campaign, we set our sights on completing the final three goals:

To restore all of the stained glass windows, to replace the church pews, and to create a parish endowment.

Any additional gifts to the campaign will be directed into a fund specifically designated toward one of these three projects.

It is not too late to make an additional gift to the campaign

which can be directed toward the windows, pews, or endowment fund.
