Died: August 16, 1999.

            Father Francis M. Ott was born on October 13, 1916 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He was a native of Crafton where his home parish was St. Philip's. 

            He attended Duquesne Preparatory School and Duquesne University.  He attended St. Vincent Archabbey Seminary where he was ordained on June 14, 1942.  He received his Master of Education from the University of Pittsburgh. 

            He served as the pastor of St. Joseph Church from June 18, 1974 until May 30, 1979.

            Fr. Ott passed away on August 16 of 1999.
