The Hospitality Committee

            The Hospitality Committee formation resulted from active discussion at the Parish Assembly of May 2002.  The parish council reviewed the suggestion of the assembly and determined that such a committee was indeed a necessity.  On the weekend of August 17-18, 2002 parishioners were provided the opportunity to sign up for the newly created Hospitality Committee.  On October 14, 2002 a meeting was held and three separate groups were formed from approximately thirty people who had signed on as volunteers.

            This committee serves to aid in the hosting and fulfillment of the requirements necessary to successfully carry out the various social functions established by the parish social calendar approved by the Pastor and leaders of the various parish organizations.
