Ushers

            Ushers welcome and host weekend Masses as well as Holy Days.  These ministers of hospitality create a prayerful atmosphere for worship.  They seat people in a caring and orderly manner and assist those with special needs.  They also direct Communion lines with reverent attention.  Ushers take up the collection, distribute parish bulletins and other materials after Mass, and straighten the hymnals after each Mass.
